A weekly mental-health stream for veterans, first responders, and the people who love them. Open chat on Twitch, peer conversation on Discord, replays on YouTube. Two hours, give or take. Three years running.
It’s a conversation, not a lecture.
Robert opens a webcam in Great Falls at 7:30 Eastern every Wednesday. The Twitch chat is open. The Discord voice room sometimes pipes the audio live. People come and go. We talk for about two hours, usually until the chat empties out.

What we talk about
Whatever is on. Sleep that won’t come. The day in 2019. Spouses and the chair next to you. Sometimes a guest from a partner organization sits in. Sometimes it’s two of us until midnight.

Who shows up
Veterans, active duty, reservists, first responders, family members, a few civilian friends, and on a good night a hundred or so who don’t introduce themselves. You don’t have to.

House rules
Be a person. Don’t dox anyone. You don’t have to pretend you have it together if you don’t. Mods are real people who’ve had bad weeks.

Join the Discord if you want to hear the audio mirror or talk in the voice room. Free, name-your-handle, no real name required.

You do not have to say anything. Most people lurk the first time. The chat says hello whether you do or not.

The Discord is open every day of the week.
